To stay close to the industry, we as the EuroShop team don't want to experience retail only once a year in the exhibition halls – we want to see it wherever it keeps evolving day to day. This time, we set off on a short tour through several locations in Düsseldorf-Flingern.
We visited four varied stops along the way. At Druckbar, for instance, you can design and print your own textiles – a craft history that spans from the first screen print in 2007, through the founding of the LFDY brand in 2013, to today's very cool space. Right next door, The SKAND Klub brings Scandinavian lifestyle to life in a hip concept-store atmosphere. At Chez Olivier, we got a closer look at French delicacies and a curated wine selection, before rounding off the outing at Bulle Bistro, with its artisan bakery and wine bar.
