Entry in the exhibitor list

Your basic entry in the trade fair media

This entry is already included in your media lump sum and forms the foundation of your media presence. The obligatory basic entry in the list of exhibitors includes your full address and contact information as well as your hall and stand number.

In addition to your basic entry, the media lump sum includes one short entry in the product categories. If you do not order any categories with us, we will automatically publish the main product category that was selected during your registration process.

Corporate video

Your company optimally presented!

Quickly and efficiently offer an exclusive look into your company with moving pictures. The corporate video appears in the online portal in your exhibitor profile.

After we have confirmed that you have booked the video, you can upload it yourself to your exhibitor profile in the online portal. There is no deadline for uploading the video.

Logo A-Z

Your logo crossmedia

Grab visibility and attention by publishing your company or trademark logo. If you book the Logo A-Z, your logo will appear in all relevant A-Z lists in the media:

• In the online exhibitor and product search at our online portal
• In D:vis (visitor information system) at the trade fair grounds
• In the trade fair app
• In the list of exhibitors in the printed Guide.

This way your logo will be seen in all communication channels, regardless of how the visitor prepares their fair visit.

Logo hall plans

Your logo in the hall plan!

Grab visibility and attention by publishing your company or trademark logo. If you book the logo hall plans, your logo will appear in all hall plans in the media:

• On your stand space in the interactive digital hall plan at our online portal (only for main exhibitors)
• On your stand space in the interactive digital hall plan at all D:vis terminals (only for main exhibitors)
• On your stand space in the printed Visitors' Guide (only for main exhibitors).

This way your logo will be seen in all communication channels, regardless of how the visitor prepares their fair visit.

Make yourself clearly visible in the relevant search result lists!

The booked search result keywords are displayed to visitors during an active search for these terms. This way you can ensure that you appear in the relevant search results under the terms that are important for your company!

Your keywords appear in the online exhibitor and product / brand search of the online portal and in the D:vis visitor information system on site.

Fair visitors inform themselves about suppliers and producers of solutions, products and services before the fair takes place using the trade fair media. To benefit from this and attract new business clients, make sure to present your company extensively in the relevant product categories and in so doing guide potential customers directly to your stand!

Product video

Your product in detail!

Present your products and services quickly and efficiently to new clients with moving pictures. The product video appears on the online portal in your exhibitor profile.

After we have confirmed that you have booked the videos, you can upload them yourself to your exhibitor profile in the online portal (.mp4 format; max. 500 MB per video). There is no deadline for uploading videos!

Top-of-the-list

Search result boosts made easy

Place your company at the top of the product category lists with a Top of the list entry!

Being listed in one of the top three spots of a product or service branch significantly increases your chances of making new business contacts. Your entry not only appears at the top of the list, but will also be marked with a color frame including the label "Top exhibitor" in the digital media.

The top of the list entry can only be booked by three exhibitors per product category, so make sure to claim your most important category before it is sold out!
