Climate change and plastic pollution are some of the biggest challenges of our time. The bgood GmbH develops digital experiences as a service that enables companies to protect the environment together with their customers in a truly interactive way.
Our leading product goodbag is a smart reusable shopping bag that connects contactless with the users phone and enables them to plant trees against climate change, collect plastic waste out of the ocean or receive discounts every time they bring their own bag to the store.
The goodbag technology works through an NFC chip that is integrated in the goodbag logo which connects contactless with the goodbag App. All the users need to do is to bring their goodbag to the store, open up the goodbag app and choose between supporting a project or receiving a discount. To plant a tree, collect plastic waste or activate a discount coupon the users hold their phone close to the goodbag logo. The goodbag app automatically tracks how often each goodbag has been re-used, how many trees have been planted and how much plastic has been collected. By re-using their goodbag users can collect different rewards, fulfill achievements and reach higher levels.
