Taking inspiration from the Mashrabiya, the Arabic decorative pattern, and the brand's products, STRIXIS Group designed the new concept of Modern Oman Bakery From the strategic analysis, to the new brand identity, the architectural concept and the execution.

The project of Mister Baker is awarded as Best Retail Interior Design Award UAE, at the International Property Awards 2018-2019.

Mister Baker is the UAE’s leading bakery chain founded in 1990 with a network of 18 stores across the UAE. Despite its leading position, in 2017 Mister Baker decided to invest further in upgrading its concept for its clients with a view to 2025. STIRIXIS Group worked closely with the management of Mister Baker to clarify and redefine the strategic objectives as well as to business plan the investment at hand and its expected return.

Based on the new agreed strategic guidelines, STIRIXIS Group evaluated the business plan, redesigned the logo and branding, designed a new architectural and operational concept and organized the roll-out throughout the chain, with the project management and author’s supervision of all stores. At the same time, Mister Baker successfully designed and introduced new amazing cakes and savoury bites, in complete alignment to the updated strategy and worked further in optimizing customer service in the new stores. The new holistic concept offers a whole new in-store customer experience driving any visitor to truly celebrate every possible occasion and make every moment count!

With rising competition, some store sales started declining over the last 5 years. It was decided that a facelift, or more, was needed. The concept design has already been implemented in 10 stores of the network with impressive results and will be further implemented in all other stores within the next 12 months.

STIRIXIS Group created one more fresh, new concept; the design of the retail stores of ENEL in Romania.
The project won the award for Best Retail Interior Design Romania, at the European Property Awards 2019-2020 in London. Active in the Romanian market since 2005, Enel is the country’s largest private investor in energy, with operations in power distribution and supply as well as renewable energy production. A new concept is created for all stores of the branch; inspired by the gradient effect of Enel’s logo and the idea that energy is synonymous with power and thus activity, “motion” is used as the central idea for Enel’s concept and has already been deployed in different regions of the country.
Based on the new concept of stores developed between 2017 and 2018 in Romania, a new space has been designed, in the heart of Bucharest, to become the flagship store of the chain. The brand’s true personality is brought to life through the innovative store design. The concept is holistically approached, to offer a unique experience to the customers, leading to a deeper connection with the brand. Furthermore, through the specific design, we responded to Enel’s needs; promote the highly diversified portfolio of the services offered, respond to the needs of the modern customer while also promoting the company’s innovative character.

The journey at the flagship store begins from the exterior; a wide façade with lightboxes and a transparent led mesh screen, complemented with led benches on the pavement area, create a stunning result for the passers-by impossible to be ignored. The customer journey passes then through the attraction, interaction, and service zones making the customer experience memorable. An amphitheatrical waiting area connects people, while also offering all advanced technological amenities such as plugs and internet connection, but also interactive tables making them, this way, feel part of a wider family.

The project won the award “5-Star Best Public Service Interior Design”in Romania, at the European Property Awards 2018-2019 AND the greatest recognition as “Best International Public Service Interior Design” at the International Property Awards 2018-2019.

SEENERGIA Group came to STIRIXIS Group for the creation of a new brand in the field of healthcare. STIRIXIS Group offered a full range of services from Concept Strategy, Strategic Planning, Logo & Brand Identity Design, Architectural Design, Customer Experience Design, and Author’s Supervision.

Within a few months, together with the client, with our holistic approach, we defined the brand strategy, upon which all next steps were based. From the strategy designed, an appropriate concept and naming that represent the care, the protectiveness and warmness offered to the patients are created.

Regarding the naming Emerald is the naming selected for the new company. The specific one was selected because emerald has been a gem of fascination in many cultures for over six thousand years. The logo is accompanied with the tagline Preţuim Sănătatea which means “Precious Healthcare”. The shape of the heart is evident, promoting the care and preciousness of the company towards the patient’s health. In the logo, a puzzle indicates the interdependent pieces. The brand offers a vast number of services to its clients, resulting in a unified, and holistic service, covering all the needs of the patients and the dots in the logo indicate the linkage of the pieces of the services offered.

STIRIXIS Group designs the new retail store of Passion Fashion in Athens city center. Passion Fashion is a well-established, in the mind of consumers, brand as it constitutes a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of metallic components for the bijoux and leather goods industry since 1975. Apart from its long presence through its physical store in the city center, the company has launched an online store.
The new store is bigger and has a neoclassical architecture. Following our holistic approach and the in-depth strategic analysis, for the new store of Passion Fashion, our design approach focused on creating an easily visited space mixing the classic romantic elements of the ceilings of the asset with industrial elements, making a subconscious reference to the production as well as the creative activities of the company. Grey screed style flooring, iron black elements, and wide white surfaces are the color palette of the environment, while red details are also carefully placed based on the company’s identity.
