Magnetic foils are plastic-bonded, flexible and permanent magnetic. These foils are produced in various widths and thicknesses.

Various filling levels, powder qualities and production processes mean that foils with various magnetic and mechanical properties can be produced.

PERMAFLEX® / PERMADYM® magnetic foils are made by the calendering process and are then permanently multi-pole magnetised on one face.

Our PERMAFER® ferrofoils base on special ferrite powders, which are bound in plastic and therefore flexible and easy to cut by shears, cutter or mechanical scissors. The here presented ferrofoils, also called iron foils, are used as a substrate for magnets and magnetic foils.

Basically we offer three different types of ferrofoils: digitally printable ferrofolis (optionally with self-adhesive backside), ferrofoils with dry-wipeable white PET coating (whiteboard function) and self-adhesive backside) as well as ferrofoils without coating on front (raw-brown) and indoor self-adhesive backside. After the mechanical manufacturing process on extruders, PERMAFLEX® magnetic strips are permanentlymulti-pole magnetised on one face. Axial magnetisation is also possible on request.
