Our own development soviaRetail is a platform for the quick and uncomplicated implementation of digital InStore solutions. PIM, DAM, ERP, POS and eCommerce data are processed in soviaRetail and provided for our digital signage solution, the InStore Assistant, Interactive Fitting Room and much more.
Retrieve article information from the InStore Assistant
With the InStore Assistant, shop personnel have the option of accessing all information about a product: prices, size and availability in the branch, in other branches or in the online shop are displayed at the push of a button. If desired, the article can also be ordered directly.
Sizes or colors that are not available can be conveniently ordered for the customer using the InStore Assistant - delivery is either to your home or to the retail shop. Payment is made directly at the cash register or via a mobile payment terminal thanks to our connection to the payment service provider adyen.
Click & Collect, Click & Reserve, Return to Retail & InStore Order
Omnichannel processes are a key component in brick-and-mortar retailing and are available on our InStore Assistant. Ordered items from Click & Reserve or Click & Collect can be conveniently viewed on the InStore Assistant and issued to the customer. Displayed cross-selling items offer valuable opportunities for additional sales.
Digital signage promotions can be created in the content management system simply by drag & drop. Pre-made templates make work even easier. A new feature is the possibility to collect and evaluate data. For example, the success of digital signage promotions can be accurately measured using the sales figures of the items shown.
Digital Counter Card - digital price tags with added value
Displays that are placed on a shelf show all important product information at a glance: additional colors, prices and a QR code for ordering in the online shop if the desired color or size is no longer available.
The Digital Counter Card is THE tool to simplify workflows in visual merchandising and to highlight products. Displays are placed as digital price tags on a shelf, the products on the shelf are assigned to the display by scanning them with the InStore Assistant. Item promotions are automatically played. The Counter Card can be used by the employees from within the retail shop, or from the headquarters by the head office.
Use customer footfall outside of opening hours with the Interactive Shopping Window
Using touch buttons attached to the inside of the shop window, customers can navigate through digital signage content, browse looks and articles, like and scan using a QR code. Works even with triple glazing up to 40mm thick.
Additional information about products is automatically displayed at Lift & Learn units when the item is lifted. The solution is made technically possible by a hidden RFID antenna and RFID labels on the products.

Interactive Fitting Room with light and sound shower and interactive mirror
In the Interactive Fitting Room, customers have the opportunity to view product information such as available sizes and colors, product details, looks and cross-selling items. Customers can also notify employees using a call button in the cabin. The light and sound shower creates a pleasant atmosphere with different mood profiles.

Reorder items via Self Service Terminal
Customers can query prices themselves, check in-stock items and order directly using self-service terminals. In the idle state, the information terminals play digital content and thus increase the advertising effect within the area.
