Active EAS
Forsec’s Active EAS ID System that reduces shrinkage and increases your profit!
Today 55 000 shoplifting thefts occurs only in Sweden everyday!
Approximately 60% of those shoplifted goods are alarmed with the traditional passive EAS technology systems. Most of the professional thieves and shoplifters know how easy it is to detach or circumvent these mechanical or magnetic alarm lock systems.
We now present the solution - an entirely new active security system designed for the modern shop!
With our intelligent digital Active ID EAS System all of the mechanical and magnetic lock systems can be replaced with this digital technology and each store receives its own unique digital code. An electronic alarm alerts behind the counter both with audio and LED signalling, if the alarm tag is tampered with or removed or if the goods are “leaving the shop”. The alarm tag itself alarms, if tampered with and therefore it is easy to detect the shoplifters. This system works up to 50 meters.
