Three major types of show cases:
1. ClassicLine: - Heating via smooth convectional air and air humidification - with curved, large-scale panorama front glass, that ensures full view on the food products - mirrored, rear sliding doors for largest food presentation - large capacity – front to back of 1 1/3 GN - all models in sizes of 2 to 7 GN-sections - hot and cold, serve-over and self-service cases all of identical construction
2. GourmetLine – additional features compared to ClassicLine: - individual control of air humidification - upper heat separately controllable - built-in core temperature reader(s) - optional timers per GN-section available - invisible gas lifts of the front-glass allow for various installations - separately cooled lamp-shade
3. CUBE – additional features compared to ClassicLine: - with SmartHeat-System instead of convection and air humidification - therefore no handling of water, less wearout, less components - with cubic, straight-line upper glass construction
Optimum warming by sophisticated warming technique. Each drawer is heated and electronically controlled. Each drawer has 2 infinitely variable timers with alarm function. Heating is made by specific smooth and slow supply of hot air. The hot air is equally guided from the upper and lower side around the food products and drying out is prevented successfully. The 3 drawerswith 2 product segments each are running over robust telescope-guides.
