Product category: Management information systems
INTERSCALE SCALES MANAGER
InterScale hosts future-dated item/article, retail and promotional prices and label information from one scale-neutral system at your grocery/supermarket/convenience chain headquarters to an unlimited mix of barcode labeling scales and printers, regardless of vendor, model, protocol or age.
This product features: The brand-neutral InterScale Scales Manager software, which hosts data to and from barcode labeling scales, printers and kiosks. The iScale Hardware, a rack-mountable server that optionally connects and manages barcode labeling scales in your stores. The ScaleSafe Backup and Restore software which ensures you never lose any of the data on the multiple brands of barcode labeling scales and printers.
ADCs NutriGen Recipe Manager takes the hassle out of recipe and ingredient management. NutriGen allows headquarters team members to define standardized recipes, combining vendor-supplied raw ingredients and sub-assemblies with your own specified sub-recipes, such as icing, for example.
NutriGen generates legally-compliant ingredients, nutritional facts, and labeling panels. It also supports Allergen warnings at both the ingredient and recipe level.
Additionally, NutriGen is an easily applicable solution for the FDAs Final Menu Labeling, part of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and EU1169 compliance. With NutriGen, you can:
Meet and beat minimum regulatory nutritional and ingredient labeling requirements, including generating calorie counts for menu labeling. Control your recipes and make/bake processes in one central location, eliminating in-store labor duplication. Define each ingredient (sub-assembly or raw) – with its own set of nutrient values – once, and then re-use them in other recipes. Highlight allergens from a configurable list of keywords and include a warning message in the ingredients list. Include pictures and movie-clips in your recipes. Integrate NutriGen with ADCs InterScale Scales Manager, so you can generate item-change batches and send them directly to in-store scales and label printers
ADCs M-Squared Meat Manager module allows you to centrally define and standardize templates and text required for meat cutting while also retaining fresh meat traceability.
This system consists of three systems:
Meat Cutting Manager standardizes and verifies the ways in which meat primals are cut across your cutting plants and grocery retail chain, saving you time and money. Meat Grind/Mince Traceability Manger provides logging to enable rigorous yet easy compliance with regulatory directives for tracking the various contents of your grind/mince batches. Lot/Batch Traceability Manager facilitates your link in the “farm-to-fork” traceability chain now required in many regulatory regions.
