This is exactly where our special Food Service Innovation Hub area comes in: we are creating a visible “hotspot” at EuroShop 2026 that will give exhibitors with innovative solutions and applications for the food service industry a strong presence. Following its successful premiere at EuroCIS 2025, we are taking the FSIH to the next level at EuroShop 2026 – with a larger area, an excellent location in Hall 13, dedicated slots on the stages, and high visibility.
