When this kind of information travels by shouting across the floor, phone calls, private messaging apps, or other workarounds, communication quickly becomes chaotic.
At the same time, many store teams work under significant time pressure. Customers expect fast answers while teams are stocking shelves, checking inventory, processing online orders, and resolving service issues.
So the key question isn't "Which headset is best?" It's "Where do wait times, redundant trips, or information loss occur in the store?" Only after this kind of process analysis can retailers determine whether simple push-to-talk communication is enough, whether call points should be integrated (interactive help buttons such as service buttons and paging systems), or whether a platform with interfaces to telephony, IoT systems, and AI makes more sense.
