Media Fee

The media flat rate is obligatory for all exhibitors.
We have developed an advantageous multimedia service package that allows you as an exhibitor to make optimum use of all trade fair media, including the D:vis digital visitor information system and the portal's exhibitor and product database.

Waste-disposal fee during fairtime (EP)

Uniform flat rate exclusively for waste generated during the event. Maximum € 1,350.00 for space more than 499 m²

The minimum size

The minimum size of a stand is 12 m².

Technical Prepayment

An advance payment for these services (see clause 14 part B of the General Terms and Conditions) will be charged on the basis of the amount charged for the last event. Exhibitors who did not participate in the latest event shall have to make such advance payment in the amount of € 30.00 per square metre. After-fair settlement of accounts shall be based on services actually ordered.

AUMA-Amount

An additional charge of € 0.60 per m² is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).
