Experiment, explore, learn: new avenues in retail

"Shopping is meant to be an experience, but should be intuitive and easy at the same time", says Daniel Füchtenschnieder, chief executive officer of bonprix Retail. Not an easy task for retailers. This is why bonprix developed the fashion connect store in Hamburg as an experimental workshop for brick-and-mortar omnichannel retailing. Find out how the creators learned from their customers in our interview.

And what can we learn from the Corona pandemic? Contactless checkout, omnichannel commerce, creative solutions – using India as an example, guest author Satarupa Charaborty shows which lessons the retail industry can draw from the crisis.

Wishing you success on new paths,
Your team of EuroShop
