A modern voice recognition system is being used at the Internet- supported groceries delivery service Caddy-Home, part of the Belgian trading company Delhaize. This means an increase in efficiency of over 10 per cent can be achieved when commissioning and of 35 per cent when shelf-stacking. After Delhaize had had a good look at several voice recognition systems as well as the alternative solutions of finger scanning anf picking by light, the trading managers decided on "Voice Recognition" from the Dutch supplier VoCognition b.V..
