Verco Ltd, the leading supplier of refrigerated cabinets for the UK convenience store sector, will be using its stand at EuroShop 2005 (Stand 16/A40) to show its full range of the latest Kingston integral open chill cabinets, as well as models from the Cambridge, Henley & Richmond and Verwood ranges.
Commenting for Verco, sales and marketing director Colin Jones says: "In the past, Euroshop has been used to successfully launch our Cambridge, Verwood and Lichfield ranges. As this is the first time the Kingston has been to the show, we are using it to officially launch the range to the European market.”
The Kingston, which is the first open chill cabinet to use horizontal scroll compressors, has already sold more than 1000 units and achieved a turnover in excess of £2.75 million since its launch just 12 months ago!
The use of horizontal scroll compressors has allowed Verco to produce a low-front design of just 350mm, 182mm lower than the Cambridge, which provides retailers with over 17% more merchandising space than conventional integral cabinets.
The range not only provides significantly more merchandising space than conventional cabinets, but also offers many of the benefits formally only available from remote cases, including low heat rejection and low noise. In addition to remote cases the Integral Kingston offers lower energy consumption and reduced installation costs.
It offers three nominal widths - 1.25m, 1.95m and 2.5m - with a standard 2035mm height and depth of 815mm and is available with Verco's ‘Integrated Styling' and in corporate colour schemes, both features that are proving popular across all ranges.
