Emerson Retail Service Europe GmbH (ERS) is a newly founded service provider and system integrator for food retailers and the food processing industry.

ERS is a 100% division of Emerson Electric Corporation , USA, who is one of the worldwide leaders for components in refrigeration and air conditioning. Emerson Retail Services is focusing on the food retail market with new concepts and solutions for service, data processing and energy consumption reduction.

ERS runs a 24 h monitoring service center including data recording and analysis of system data, according to HACCP and the requirements of Deutsche Tiefkühlverordnung. Alarms from the systems will be recorded , assessed and , if the problem cannot be solved by remote access, forwarded to the relevant call out services in charge. For new installations and refurbishments, ERS supports the usage of the ALCO monitoring system and other LON compatible controllers to bind the cooling, heating, ventilation and lighting together to one system solution.
