Safety is another key theme in WanzlŽs development programme. A recent example of enhanced safety is the Primo shopping trolley, which by popular request Wanzl has now fitted with a brake integrated into the handle unit. Once the brake is on, the trolley will not roll away down a slope, a safety feature which prevents damage to parked cars, for example. To get the trolley moving again, all the customer has to do is press the handle brake down.
