Wanzl is launching its brand new plastic shopping trolley at EuroShop 2002. This innovative new trolley conforms to EN 1929 standards, and the basket is of the same high quality and stable construction as the classic wire versions. An added benefit is the low weight of the 160-litre plastic basket, which means itŽs nice and easy to steer and manoeuvre. Available in a range of colours - to match the CI, if desired - the new plastic shopping trolleys are an eye-catching enhancement to any store. Another advantage of the new model is that it can help reduce stock losses. The innovative construction of the plastic shopping trolley improves EAS label detection, a fact which has been proven in many tests conducted in conjunction with the leading EAS system suppliers. The new plastic shopping trolley is fitted as standard with the Promobox coin-deposit system. Also standard is a childŽs seat, which can alternatively be used for depositing purchases. Wanzl is offering the new plastic trolley in a choice of two designs: with a curved base without rack, or the classic design, equipped either with a flat floor rack and/or crate rack.
