Bartuf's growth and expansion provides profit boosting solutions at Euroshop

Bartuf Group, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of retail display solutions has seen a significant period of growth and expansion following a record year. In addition to acquiring an additional business, the company has created a dedicated project team, recruited additional specialists and developed innovative new product ranges, all designed with customer profitability in mind.

Bartuf, which counts the three largest national news wholesalers, Dawsons, Menzies and Smiths amongst its blue chip customer base, added the new digital print company, Bartuf Graphics, to its portfolio to offer additional services and capabilities to its customer base.

The company has also demonstrated its commitment to new and existing customers by strengthening its sales teams with the best in the business and creating a dedicated team able to tackle significant large-scale projects. This team, together with the Bartuf’s unrivalled facilities means Bartuf has the capability, talent and skills to provide a total ‘turnkey’ solution to those customers needing a dedicated approach from an established team of professionals.

The team includes individuals who have a wealth of experience in large scale projects to offer and will manage projects requiring an element of installation, high profile product development and specialist services.

In fact, Bartuf has won a prestigious POPAI award for its work in this field with Moto, the UK’s largest motorway services provider. Bartuf completed a six month, two stage project to introduce the WHSmith brand into 48 of Moto’s motorway service areas and upgrade forecourts. The complete store concept solution involved the manufacture, supply and installation of all equipment including a unique queue management system.

Bartuf has also worked with customers to spearhead an innovative new product development drive to design products which work to increase profitability and minimise space needed in-store. The company recently unveiled its new metal newscube - an ideal newspaper display solution incorporating a versatile shelving system which can remain flat to accommodate the volume of weekend publications or be angled to display daily newspapers. Panels also enable retailers to advertise promotions or generate funding from additional advertising space.

Retailers will also find Bartuf’s new ‘Q+’ product to be a real boost to profitability. This unique new queue management system is a simple to install self assembly structure which has been designed to display a multitude of products whilst also creating impulse sales from queuing consumers.
