The company will also be unveiling for the first time Diamond Staff Review, a staff deployment and review system that enables retailers to plan more effectively their staff members working hours against a recommended profile, calculated by store, and by day and hour. With Diamond Staff Review, customer footfall, staff stretch and staff spread can all be monitored, compared and reviewed to ensure that staffing levels are always optimised.
Shopper Profile is one of the latest and most exciting counting solutions from Ipsos Retail Performance. It is an intelligent retail solution, combining simple sensors and clever software, that analyses shoppers’ faces in-store and provides valuable data to retailers.
With the technology, detailed non-personal information is collected on how consumers respond to visual messaging and how they move through stores; from the moment they enter until they exit, and how they engage with messages throughout their in-store experience.
The technology highlights several different facts about individual consumers, including gender and age range, as well as providing information on what content was viewed and for how long.
Shopper Assist is an intelligent mirror that presents shoppers with suggested items of clothing to complement items they are trying on.
