Help buttons empower shoppers to discreetly summon assistance with the simple press of a button. Enterprise reports and store score card comparison dashboards promote compliance with chain objectives and ongoing customer service performance improvement. Other Smart Response applications support faster POS checkout while building sales and reducing shrink at fitting rooms, service counters, and shrink-prone areas throughout the sales floor.
