Cologne/Düsseldorf, November 18, 2025 - dimedis GmbH and Marketing of Moments GmbH announce the foundation of their joint venture dimedis Moments GmbH. The aim of the new company is to transfer the principles of commerce and retail media to the trade fair world - and thus create a new, digital revenue and communication model for trade fair organizers, exhibitors and brands.
dimedis Moments combines dimedis' decades of technological expertise in digital visitor guidance, digital wayfinding systems and trade fair management software with the commerce media and retail media know-how of Marketing of Moments GmbH. Dennis Götze (Marketing of Moments) and Georgi Mihov (dimedis) are the joint managing directors of dimedis Moments GmbH.
"Trade fairs have enormous unused advertising space - digital and physical, on and off-site. Especially in the offsite area, the data from trade fairs is very valid and offers great potential for commerce media strategies.
