apg® appoints Heather Stewart as President and Chief Executive Officer

Minneapolis, US – October 1st, 2025 – apg® announced the appointment of Heather Stewart as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1st, 2025.  

 Stewart is a seasoned global executive with deep expertise in executive leadership, business strategy, and organizational transformation across diverse industries including consumer goods, manufacturing, and industrial distribution. She has held senior leadership roles including President of ILLUME and GOOD CHEMISTRY, Interim CEO and Managing Director at Würth Adams, and Vice President of Operations at Duke Cannon Supply Co. and The Village Company. 

Known for driving EBITDA growth, business integration, and M&A success, Heather brings a proven track record of guiding companies through complex transformations in multinational environments. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business, sharing her insights with future business leaders.
