Quail Digital, the leading provider of wireless headset systems for use in the retail, healthcare and quick service sectors, is pleased to announce its physical expansion into continental Europe, with the establishment of a new office in Germany, as well as a dedicated website for its DACH clients.
With a strong client base already established in Germany that includes leading national retailers such as Netto, as well as international quick service retailers Aldi, DIA and Sephora, Quail Digital recognised the growth opportunity in DACH to deliver improved staff communication, productivity and wellbeing, through its digital communication technology.
This announcement builds upon Quail Digital’s market leading presence in the retail and quick service sectors in the UK and USA, and coincides with the formal appointment of Dirk Hensmann as Country Manager and Head of Sales DACH as part of its strategic business expansion in Europe, with a particular focus on DACH and the Balkan states. Initially based in Düsseldorf additional plans for 2022/23 include the addition of headcount to the region, under Tom’s leadership, with the ultimate aim of growing a team into wider Europe.
Both investments in recruitment and online presence represent the business’s commitment to building a strong infrastructure for mainland Europe, establishing its position as one of the leading providers of wireless headset systems internationally.
