Under Miglena’s leadership, NIKI has expanded from a family manufacturing business into a diversified group, integrating advanced ERP systems, digitalized production, and tailored design solutions. Today, the company delivers custom-made retail, hospitality, and public space interiors, as well as specialized industrial and aviation projects.

Through the group’s second brand, Lignater, NIKI controls the full production cycle — from design and engineering to logistics and installation — ensuring quality, flexibility, and individuality in every project.

As head of NIKI Rotor Aviation, Miglena drives one of the few global manufacturers of gyroplanes, with ongoing R&D in light helicopters. The company operates from its base in Pravets, Bulgaria, with international partnerships in the U.S. and Czech Republic.

A strong advocate for family business leadership, Miglena also serves as Chair of the Bulgarian Family Business Association, promoting continuity, innovation, and long-term economic growth.
