Hotel Gartnerkofel: Digital buffet signage for a down-to-earth, modern holiday experience

At Hotel Gartnerkofel in Carinthia, vacations are all about warmth, enjoyment, and genuine hospitality. To ensure that guests are not only well catered for in terms of cuisine but also informed, the hotel team has recently started using digital buffet signs from Delfi Technologies in cooperation with Prorising GmbH. Information about the current buffet selection is now communicated to guests via up to 200 electronic displays.

“Our buffet is a popular meeting point for food lovers – whether it’s for breakfast, a light afternoon snack, or our legendary fish or dessert buffets,” says Martin Waldner. He adds, “Thanks to the new digital signage, we can now display all food information flexibly and within seconds – clearly structured, at a glance, and including allergen labeling.”
