Clover set to transform the German POS market - Global ecosystem debuts at EuroShop

At EuroShop 2026, visitors can already experience what the German market expect: TeleCash from Fiserv presents exclusive insights into the complete Clover ecosystem for the first time. The complete package is already available and successfully used in the USA. Following worldwide success in North America, Asia (Japan launch December 2025), and other EMEA markets, Fiserv is expanding its offering in Germany from pure payment processing to a complete business management platform.

A new all-in-one solution for the German market

Clover addresses a central challenge in retail: system fragmentation. What is the future vision in Germany is already part of everyday life in twelve countries worldwide. While hospitality businesses today often require four to five separate devices; a card terminal, delivery service terminal, and order management, Clover unites all functions in one device. Retailers manage their online shop, in-store sales, and returns in one system. Service businesses book appointments, manage customer data, and process payroll – all on the same platform. "What is special about Clover is its scalability," explains the product team. "A food truck operator starts with basic payment functions. When the business grows into a full-service restaurant, they simply unlock table plans and kitchen integration all on the same device."

Fiserv is rolling out Clover in Germany with industry-specific solutions:

Hospitality: Table planning, order-to-kitchen system, bill splitting, delivery service integration
Retail: Omnichannel management, buy online return in store, buy-now-pay-later, complex inventory management
Service: Appointment booking, customer database, payroll processing (hairdressers, doctors, veterinarians)

AI innovation and partner ecosystem

Clover relies on artificial intelligence to accelerate business processes. The AI-powered menu builder analyzes a photographed restaurant menu and automatically imports all items, prices, categories, and modifiers into the system. What used to mean hours of manual work, AI completes this in minutes. In retail, Clover automatically synchronises inventory between online store and physical store, processes returns seamlessly, and integrates buy-now-pay-later solutions directly at the checkout.

Over 600 developer partners worldwide offer specialised apps in the Clover app marketplace. The applications communicate seamlessly with each other, from sales, to reporting, to employee performance analysis. A key advantage: All data is synchronised in real-time and accessible via web dashboard from anywhere.

Launch of branded Clover trams across Düsseldorf

Fiserv makes Clover unmissable. Parallel to EuroShop, two fully branded trams will run through Düsseldorf for a month, serving as mobile brand ambassadors. The mobile campaign brings the all-in-one POS system to thousands of commuters, retailers, and restaurateurs, directly to where Clover will be deployed in the future – making Clover the talk of the town.

Hardware variety and live demos at EuroShop

At booth C75, Hall 6, TeleCash from Fiserv showcases the complete hardware range: from the handy Flex for mobile payments, to the compact Mini, to the full-featured Station Duo with merchant and customer-facing displays. Making thier first apperance in Germany, the Clover Station Duo and Clover Compact. All devices offer identical functionality – only the form factor differs.
