CAREL at EuroShop 2026: effortless usability, tangible sustainability and distributed intelligence for food retail

CAREL will be exhibiting at Euroshop 2026 (Düsseldorf, 22–26 February), presenting an advanced vision of the store built around effortless usability, tangible sustainability and distributed intelligence.

At the exhibition, CAREL will showcase an integrated ecosystem of solutions designed to make daily operations easier and more efficient. From on-site management of food retail applications to solutions for cold rooms, monoblock units and food service environments, CAREL technologies simplify system interaction through intuitive user interfaces, functional design and advanced control logic.

Sustainability is addressed in a concrete and measurable way, with a strong focus on optimising the energy performance of the entire store. The total store approach improves overall system efficiency while supporting the continuous evolution of solutions for natural refrigerants, turning energy into a strategic resource that delivers real economic and environmental value.

A key role is played by distributed intelligence and artificial intelligence, which are transforming the management of commercial buildings. Continuous system monitoring, real-time data analysis and advanced professional services support performance optimisationregulatory compliance and the development of predictive control and intelligent automation models.

Alongside CAREL’s portfolio, Kiona – a leading Nordic SaaS company and part of the CAREL Group since 2023 – will also be exhibiting. The Group’s digital platforms, enabled by advanced connectivity solutions and compliant with the latest cybersecurity standards, allow equipment to be seamlessly integrated into IoT architectures, unlocking new opportunities for system control, maintenance strategies and plant performance optimisation.
