Greater market penetration, strong synergies and significant advantages for customers thanks to the entry of the Vitrina Production Group,
one of Russia’s leading shopfitting solution suppliers, into the Cefla Arredamenti Group, a top-ranking European leader in the industry.
The two leaders will be appearing TOGETHER for the very first time at Euroshop (Hall 15 - Stand E32).
Imola, 25th February 2011. There’s a special significance in the enormous word INSIEME (TOGETHER) that dominates the original, dynamic Euroshop stand designed by Lombardini22 for the Cefla Arredamenti Group: following the announcement made in Moscow on 20th January, which was aimed at the Russian market, the Group will now take its first meaningful steps on the European market in Düsseldorf, where the two market leaders will be presenting themselves TOGETHER on the same stand (Euroshop Hall 15 - Stand E32).
Giuseppe Garra, Managing Director of the Cefla Arredamenti Group, expressed his positive views on the Vitrina Production Group joining the Cefla Arredamenti Group, stating that “This is a momentous operation that will yield considerable advantages to both Vitrina and Cefla, as regards both shared corporate and industrial know-how and the extension of the product range”.
Further information will be provided to the international press at Düsseldorf by Giuseppe Garra and Sergey Nenashev - Managing Directors of Cefla Arredamenti Group and Vitrina Production Group respectively - during the two press conferences to be held during Euroshop: the first on 26th February (16.30) in Room 7, Congress Center Düsseldorf, Southern entrance, and the second on 28th February on stand E32 - Hall 15 (11.30).
Vitrina Production Group is one of the best known, most reliable Russian leaders on the retail market, providing high quality shopfitting products for all retail chain formats and offering a vast production capacity (the production facilities, which cover an area of 35,000 m2, have one of Eastern Europe’s largest painting plants).
At present this Russian company has some 250 employees, a number set to rise as the new production plant in Russia approaches completion. The goal for 2011 is strong sales growth for the Russian company with the simultaneous launch of a technological and organisational development plan to enhance competitiveness, market penetration and the capacity for a faster response to customer requests.
Cefla Arredamenti Group will thus gain the opportunity to operate in a fast-growing market, ensuring customers throughout Europe can count on a comprehensive range of cutting-edge products and services. Giuseppe Garra sums up the situation: “There are several strategic reasons underlying this decision. In addition to the evident economic advantages that stem from local production, our goal is, above all, to offer customers a complete catalogue, with shopfitting solutions that respond, in terms of both type and modularity, to the needs of the modern retail market.
“Incorporation into a solid, long-standing, highly expert European group such as Cefla will provide the Vitrina Production Group with considerable advantages”, states Sergey Nenashev, “such as a shared, optimised product range and the local production of Cefla-designed checkouts. Our company will maintain its own brand name, but other Cefla brand products aimed at the Russian and Eastern European market will be inserted in the Vitrina catalogue”.
