ShopperTrak’s presentation at EuroShop 2014 will focus on helping retailers to achieve sustainable growth in a multichannel world. The session will examine how retailers can harness accurate data to bridge the gap between the online and offline worlds. The session will be led by Colm Roche, Regional Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe for ShopperTrak, who will highlight why harnessing accurate data in order to glean actionable insights is key to increasing profitability. His co-presenter, Julia Bischof- Manager - Business Analysis Retail at Thomas Sabo, will explain how teaming up with ShopperTrak has enabled them to look holistically at how merchandising, training, staff scheduling and individual locations are impacting global sales and conversion rates across their entire store portfolio.
