In line with the motto “A la carte – serving ideas & solutions” Umdasch and Assmann will be inviting you to join them at the table from 26 February − 2 March in Düsseldorf. The secret regarding the appearance of a popular professional chef on the trade fair stand of the international shopfitting concern was recently revealed. Sarah Wiener will be making guests’ mouths water during the EuroShop.

The star chef and her team will be treating visitors on all five days during the trade fair. A particular highlight will be the cookery shows every day at 1.30 p.m. Sarah Wiener will be passing on gourmet tips in her accustomed authentic manner and will offer guests exciting glimpses of the world of gourmet pleasures. On two fair days special gourmet evenings with Sarah Wiener are also planned.

Visitors will thus be introduced in an entertaining manner to the common elements shared by excellent cuisine and successful shops. In addition, Umdasch and Assmann will be presenting in their two theme areas the latest generations of products and selected service modules. Altogether guests can expect to find at the stand a menu of pioneering trends, entertainment and culinary pleasures.
