IMS increases the reach of its Digital Signage network as another shopping mall becomes a client
Internet Media Services SA (IMS), the market leader in new media at the point of sale, continues to develop its Digital Signage network at shopping malls. The latest mall to partner with IMS is Galeria Victoria in Wałbrzych. This is the seventeenth mall which has installed IMS’ proprietary system of monitors used to broadcast news and advertising. The Digital Signage system at Galeria Victoria consists of 17 monitors: five are found in the dining area and the rest comprise the mall’s Locator System, which allows guests to access an interactive, touch-screen map of the mall. The Locator System can also transmit advertising messages and informational content. Advertising time on the digital monitors can be purchased from IMS’ Advertising Sales Department, whose manager is Agnieszka Michalska (http://www.ims.fm/en/services/advertising-at-the-point-of-sale/video-advertising-in-shopping-centers/). With the addition of Galeria Victoria, IMS has increased the number of Digital Signage monitors it manages to 483 units, located in the largest shopping malls in Poland. IMS’ Digital Signage partners include: Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw, Manufaktura in Łódź, Stary Browar in Poznań, Blue City in Warsaw, Silesia City Center in Katowice, Wzorcownia in Włocławek, Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków, Nowy Świat in Rzeszów, Arkady Wrocławskie, Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa, Galeria Plejada in Bytom, Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław, Galaxy in Szczeciń, C.H. Targówek in Warsaw, and C.H. Reduta in Warsaw. Every month, more than 13 million people see the spots broadcast on IMS’ Digital Signage system. Over the coming months, IMS plans to further expand its network to other prestigious malls in Poland’s largest cities.
