We spent about 6 months to evaluate new sophisticated local & multi-national retail systems in-order to replace our old existing retail software. An expert committee of MIS, Retail Business Development, Merchandising and Finance were involved on this project named (Dalydress Retail System Future).

Implementation started on 1st of May 2008 with an expert project manager and implementers from Futura International with concept of “Implementation with Knowledge Transfer”.
During 4 months all our back office and shops where running in live environment.
