EGGER Holzwerkstoffe Brilon GmbH & Co. KG

“EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE” AT EUROSHOP

EGGER is presenting at the EuroShop trade fair under the motto “Experience the difference”.

EGGER is attending the EuroShop trade fair in Düsseldorf from 16th to 20th February as an exhibitor with the premiere of the ZOOM innovations for 2014, the winning projects in its "TrendSpot" contest and innovative products for shop and store design. Under the guiding principle of "Experience the difference", the Tyrolean wood-based material manufacturer invites visitors to let themselves be inspired by its variety of products and services as well as application-oriented solutions.

EGGER is attending the EuroShop trade fair as an exhibitor for the second time in 2014, and will be appearing in hall 10 on exhibition stand H73. Here EGGER wants to inspire visitors, present new developments for the first time and take part in discussions with a range of people including entrepreneurs and architects. Hubert Höglauer, Managing Director Marketing EGGER Group, explains: "EuroShop is the leading international trade fair for retail and corporate architecture as well as shop fitting and exhibition stands. For us it provides an ideal stage to present our selection of products and in-depth expertise in furniture and interior design, shop fitting and flooring."

ZOOM INNOVATIONS 2014

The new features of ZOOM for 2014 will be presented for the first time at the EuroShop trade fair. Under the motto "Experience the difference", the ZOOM Collection is complemented by 20 new material and decor versions. This helps joiners, fabricators and shop fitters to face the challenge of meeting the requirements for individual designs while also providing the best possible quality.

The ZOOM innovations for 2014 include synchronised pore surfaces on both sides under the name "Feelwood", which are available to architects and fabricators for the first time. According to Hubert Höglauer, the new features introduce a whole new generation of products: "The special depth in the surface texture results in a new visual and tactile product experience, which was previously reserved for only genuine wood and materials of the highest quality. With the help of cutting edge technology, we are achieving a quality in the depth of textures that is new to the market." This difference can also be seen and experienced at the EGGER exhibition stand.

Raise the curtain for winners

The winners of the EGGER "TrendSpot" also have a major presence on the exhibition stand. For TrendSpot, architects were encouraged to present their best case study projects online which included decors from the EGGER ZOOM Collection. The designers of the creative masterpieces which recieved the most votes from visitors to the website have now been determined. Their case study projects are being presented at EuroShop 2014 for the first time.

Products for shop fitting and exhibition stands

At the EuroShop trade fair, EGGER is also presenting products that are ideal for shop fitting and exhibition stands from a practical perspective and for design reasons. Compact laminate is being presented for the first time with a design-oriented white core, making it an ideal material for high-quality furniture in sophisticated designs. Thanks to its longevity and durability, the multi-layer boards are suitable for classic interior applications with high loads – a requirement for shop fitting and exhibition stands.

EGGER demonstrates that its decorative wood-based materials have designs that are in keeping with current trends and developments and also constitute ideal materials for exhibition stands and retail furnishings. "We are presenting features such as acoustically effective elements with custom perforation patterns in the form of images, and also demonstrating the effect in an acoustics box. We are displaying EUROLIGHT lightweight building boards as well, which make it possible to conceal electronic components integrated in furniture thanks to their sandwich structure," explains Hubert Höglauer, Managing Director Marketing.
