We offer you a warm welcome with our fourth up!date for EuroShop 2023.

Where do I still order exhibitor passes? Please also read the traffic regulations carefully – so as to reach your destination without any detours.

Please also bear in mind that, due to current world events and the resultant overall market situation, stand construction capacities are limited this year.
We therefore urgently request that you order this service promptly so that we can guarantee its provision. Here is an overview of our stand construction concepts.

Messe Düsseldorf is taking a short winter break: we will be closed from 23 December to 1 January. We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and successful new year. We will be here for you again from 2 January 2023.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Digital Exhibitor Passes

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in the exhibitor passes, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

China in-store 2022 - Shanghai Int’l Trade Fair for In-store Design & Solutions

Formerly known as c-star, China in-store (Shanghai Int’l Trade Fair for In-store Design & Solutions) is the official satellite show of EuroShop. The show will increase the presence of design firms and high quality in-store solution providers from shop fitting to retail technology. Alongside the show, a variety of special programs – Retail Stage, EuroShop RetailDesign Award China and VM Challenge will again bring insights, inspirations, exchange and experience to the industry.

Digitisation of Parking Permits

Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post.

You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out. Reserve a trade fair parking spot online.

Freight Forwarding Services

Please note that it is not permitted to operate your own cranes and forklift trucks on the fairgrounds. Forklift trucks, cranes or other heavy equipment as well as services like the transportation of exhibits, stand structures etc. incl. the supply of any auxiliary equipment can only be ordered from the forwarding agents appointed by us at the premises.

These exercise the exclusive right of freight forwarding at Messe Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre and will be pleased to help you.

Traffic Regulations

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.

Times Construction and Dismantling

Here you will find an overview of the times and access routes to the exhibition centre. Please be aware that a deconstruction on the last exhibition day before 6.00 pm is not allowed and in the event of an infringement it will be punished with a contract penalty.
