Dipl.-oec. Uwe Welteke-Fabricius, Chairman of Board of natureplus e.V. gave a speech about "Sustainability in connection with procurements and awarding contracts." Amongst others he talked about sustainability for the store construction.
Hubert van Doorne, Strategic Director of Xidy Instore Innovaters refered in Hall 3 about "Online experience changes instore shopper behavior". The behavior of shopping changed because of the increased importance of e-commerce. Therefore the retail industry needs to adapt.
