We made sure Buick held its own among the other luxury brands in the center of the hall by creating an elegant, welcoming space using quality materials for everything from the wall coverings and unique light fixtures to the custom leather flooring.
Our eye-catching and complex architectural design exuded a sense of motion. The exhibit featured sweeping arches, an 82.5-foot wide high-resolution LED video screen and a multilayer floor with enough strength to hold the weight of any Buick model.
To help coordinate and support MINI Takes The States 2016—a two-week, coast-to-coast road rally for MINI owners and enthusiasts.
Manage the daily transportation and execution of event environments across 15 locations nationwide.
Each locations venue required a unique setup that would not only accommodate hundreds of people and their MINIs but also help keep the party rolling from morning rallies til evening events.
Organizing MINI Takes The States 2016 was no small feat. In fact, 2016 was the largest turnout in the rallys ten-year history. We—along with 900 of our closest friends—trekked from Atlanta, Georgia to Palm Springs, California, covering 4,397 miles and 18 states in just 15 days.
Keeping this epic event moving was a team effort, and we pitched in to make sure everything that needed to get done got done. If a problem popped up, our team jumped in to solve it—ensuring the event continued to run as smoothly as possible.
In all, the 10th anniversary rally drew 4,477 participants while raising over 1,000,000 meals for Feeding America. Were thrilled our work helped MINI show appreciation to their customers, give back to the community in a meaningful way and create the road trip of a lifetime.
To debut the “new” IGT following a merger with GTECH, showcase nearly 400 products and solutions and create a splash at Global Gaming Expo (G2E), the gaming industrys largest trade event.
A branded, 25,000-square-foot environment loaded with interactive and experiential spaces designed to grab attention, promote engagement and start conversations about IGTs innovative products.
We created a fresh environment for IGT to demonstrate their brands evolution. The new L-shaped booth combined high-tech and contemporary design to evoke an upscale yet inviting feel. Distinct environments were architected to distinguish featured product and hospitality spaces from performance and stunt areas.
We integrated multimedia into the booth by mixing large statement pieces like the 300-foot-long curved screen with smaller standouts such as the exhibits LED tile chandeliers.
To ensure the IGT booth stood out from the large G2E exhibition crowd, we mounted signs and screens to the top of the space—making IGTs messaging and videos easily visible to all who passed by. Once in the booth, visitors were encouraged to use wayfinding stations to navigate the large, unusually shaped space and locate the products they were most interested in seeing.
It was important for the space to be interactive, so we created walls that would react to visitors movement. Visitors could also play games, watch demos and feel what it was like to hit the jackpot.
