Dart Presents New Visual Identity at IFA

The new AEG: The corporate group Electrolux presents the new visual identity of its premium brand at IFA Berlin. D’art Design Gruppe has been secretly refining the corporate architecture for more than a year and has created the visionary pioneer brand’s new tridimensional identity.

The traditional brand surprises visitors not only with the introduction of two new product lines – the AEG Mastery Range and the AEG New Laundry Range – but also with the new AEG itself. This, Dart as the lead agency for “Brand Architecture” has translated into a strong and extraordinary brand experience that convinces with its appealing and electrifying story-telling.

The red AEG logo in its new corporate design already welcomes visitors in the central lobby area and emotionally welcomes them in the brand world. From here, visitors move on through the spacious product worlds “Taste” and “Care” with the altogether ten “hero-presentations” and the two newly launched product lines. So-called “proof points” vividly attest the brand expertise in addition to the hero-presentations. Two live cooking stations entertaining and interactively round off the experience for visitors.

D’art Design Gruppe, EuroShop 2014

Design is a process – this is what D’art Design Gruppe shows by means of its motto "UNDO" at the EuroShop 2014. Vistors get the opportunity to discover and experience the milestones of design and build something of their own.

For already the 8th time in a row, D’art Design Gruppe faces the task of arranging its own appearance at the EuroShop, world-leading fair for trade investments in Duesseldorf. This year's motto on the 247 sqm large brand world is "UNDO" and visualizes the process of design by means of a media exhibition area. The creative agency sees the fair motto "UNDO" as a creative prinicple that is characterized by trial and error, by unravelling and overhauling, by constant revising and changing and by mental pauses.

The three entrances to the brand world "UNDO" invite visitors into the architecture that seems as if it were built from wooden building stones: There, visitors encounter an almost sacral exhibition space.
There is music in the background, nevertheless visitors immerge in a calm atmosphere with a multimedia exhibition at the centre table in the brand world's core. A huge, almost floating wooden table holds several tablets for visitors, with which they can decrypt the exhibition codes on the walls.

After discovering the synonyms for "UNDO" and their contents, visitors return to the central area in order to find more information on info screens or talk to staff personally. Last but not least, visitors can experiment with the priniciple "do and undo" and be creative with the help of thousands of wooden building stones.

Orchestration of NEC-Technologies within a new brand space

D’art Design Gruppe develops an interactive fair design for NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH, which make this year’s fair motto “Your World is our Showroom” at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) tridimensionally tangible.

The 425 square metres large fair appearance highlights the company’s objectives with its mediatectonic elements: all NEC products can be experienced live and in direct use. Video walls that are integrated into the white showroom façade create optical accents and visualize the brand message “Orchestrating a brighter world”. The “Curve”, a 3D animation, takes up the NEC campaign topic with its key visual of a conductor’s baton. The motion motif orchestrates the five topics share, present, analyse, review and control across the whole exhibition area. On so-called blades – media walls integrated into the stand – the “Curve” creates an immersive space experience consisting of rhythm, melody and moving pictures.

The media arrangement finds its culmination in the mainly black show area with its integrated live studio. This room is arranged with flowing moving pictures using laser projections and translates NEC’s corporate wording space- and media-wise.

The NEC’s showroom is architectonically and visually tripartite: In the mainly black entrée or show area the brand vision is implemented media- and communication-wise. In contrast, the communication area at the stand’s centre is revetted in warm wood and offers space for exchange and dialogue. Fair visitors can experience the display products in interaction with their respective software solutions in the white test area supported by presentation and multi-touch stations.

Würth Surprises with Premium Pop-Up Store

With the opening of the first temporary brand store at Breuninger in Stuttgart, the brand Würth strikes a new path. In the best shopping location the shop is integrated in the menswear area of the premium department store.

So far, products by Würth could only be bought by traders. That has changed with the “Würth Family Store”: Würth is presenting its first pop-up store at Breuninger in Stuttgart in the best shopping location until the end of May 2016. The store, which was arranged by Dart, is a 60 square metres large life-style area that is integrated into the menswear area at Breuninger on the 2nd floor and is open to all customers.

In timeless elegance combined with a rustic touch, the Würth pop-up store perfectly melts into the environment of the premium department store. Equipped with a work bench in concrete optics, trunks with first marks of a saw and the exhibited tools, the temporary sales area astonishes Breuninger customers with an unexpected shopping experience. This moment of surprise constitutes a win-win situation for both enterprises – Breuninger and Würth – because pop-up stores are popular among all end costumers. These temporary brand areas can increase the shopping experience. Würth and Breuninger present a new successful “Joint Venture” with the “Würth Family Store” in Stuttgart.

Dart is responsible for Reebok shop-in-shop roll out

As a partner for retail, D’art Design Gruppe assumes the planning and implementation of sales areas for the sports brand Reebok. The newest shop-in-shop is located in Zurich in the renowned department store Jelmoli.

As “preferred supplier” Dart could establish itself as permanent partner with Reebok and will support the sports brand in the development of its stationary retail activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Zurich shop-in-shop that is located on the fourth floor of the brand department store Jelmoli is the newest successfully implemented project in this context.

There, Reebok unites the topics fitness with its Reebok Classics lifestyle collection. Zurich was the first venue, were the presentation as well as the classics shoes and the whole shop system (FitHub) were combined and installed in such a way. Reebok’s own FitHub shop system is inspired by the fitness thought and conveys this message with design elements from the gymnastics area. Climbing ropes, chin-up bars, wall bars and jump boxes emotionally charge the shop system. The Reebok Classics are arranged in front of a simulation of a wall and create an exciting space together with the fitness and training goods opposite to it.

Homy Context for “Schüco LivIng” at Fensterbau Frontale Fair

D’art Design Gruppe arranged the brand architecture for Schüco at the Fensterbau Frontale Fair in Nuremberg around the new PVC-U system generation “Schüco LivIng”.

The new fair design was a thorough success with the considerable increase in visitors by 75 % compared to 2014. The trade fair for international innovations for windows, doors and façades takes place every two years and offers just the right stage for the new PVC-U system generation by Schüco. It is arranged in a central accessible cube on a total stand area of 500 sqm. By highlighting the most important system properties, the two target groups – B2B und B2C – are convincingly addressed with the contents.

Altogether, the brand space visualizes this year a universally homy and design-oriented atmosphere. This highlights the orientation of the product launch campaign towards the end consumer, graphically and architectonically: large graphics show people in “scenarios of well-being”, the central cube is complemented design-wise by fitting living accessories, the catering area is openly arranged and separated by medium-high, planted spatial elements.

D’art Design Gruppe and Britax Römer for the First Time Together at Kind + Jugend Fair

For the leading international trade fair for the baby and toddler outfitting sector Dart created the new fair architecture of the industry leader Britax Römer.

The traditional brands Britax and Römer have been writing their success stories together ever since 1978. Again and again, they set standards for the whole market. In order to give visible proof of the company’s premium positioning in relation to safety, innovation, technology and design at the trade fair, Dart created a new fair architecture in close cooperation with the quality manufacturer. The brand space in its spacious and bright design invites visitors to discover the products and corporate history in an easy and uncomplicated way: Visitors quickly orient themselves in the different topic areas that are arranged in the categories pushchairs, car seats and bike seats with the subcategories infant, toddler and child. Prominently positioned highlights attract additional interest and give proof of the high quality standards. Thus, the fair design consistently connects to Britax’s communication and creates a uniform spatial brand experience across all touch points.

From Scratch - Dart Presents Itself at EuroShop 2017

The agency from Neuss presents itself with an appearance in hall 12, C35 at the EuroShop 2017, which takes place from 5 to 9 March 2017. In the run-up to the fair the microsite dart-euro.shop that was created on this occasion hints at what visitors can expect.

As a “heavyweight” in the industry with 20 years of EuroShop experience D’art Design Gruppe arranges its own appearance every 3 years with an element of surprise. Since 2008, the designers have been creating allusions to the creative process at the leading retail trade fair. It remains a secret, which fair architecture is to be expected in 2017: There is only a public microsite with the title “From Scratch – Allow for the invisible to be seen”. There, the agency invites to a framework programme, that is to a talk on “Retail 3.0”, the Recruitment Day for experienced talents, a press breakfast as well as the Korean days to get to know Dart Seoul.

At the fair, there will also be students of Peter Behrens School of Arts headed by professor Rainer Zimmermann and supported by Guido Mamczur. They present their works and results of the course “Wrapping Retail Design” in hall 11, G28.
