International retail design agency, Shopworks will focus on retail performance at this years EuroShop. Located in the Designer Village Hall 12, stand A17-23, Shopworks will be demonstrating how to integrate creativity with retail store planning, based on research, sales data and customer shopping missions, to create innovative retail environments designed and built to maximise customer satisfaction and retailer revenue.
This will be brought to life through a series of augmented reality and interactive experiences that visitors to Shopworks' stand can engage with via their own tablets and smart devices. Understanding shopper needs
"Understanding shopper needs at every step along the customer journey is key, and with smart devices now an essential component to that journey, Shopworks' aim is to highlight to retailers the creative potential this unlocks." Said Craig Phillipson, founder and managing director of Shopworks.
Whilst on the stand, visitors can download an app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android to explore the science behind the art of store design and retailers can navigate through a 3-D shop created by Shopworks that's been designed to maximise revenue and focus in on the customer journey. How to design a great store
