What is Mini Self-Pan?
Mini Self-Pan is a patented self-service small and fresh (+2°) foodstuff dispenser.

What is the best characteristic of Mini Self-Pan?
Mini Self-Pan is a self-service dispenser, no dedicated operators and disposable gloves are required, and the maximum hygiene is guaranteed.

How does Mini Self-Pan work?
The customer moves a lever, the product is channeled through the slide until the opening of the dispenser, and it falls into the previously positioned bag.

What are the peculiarities of Mini Self-Pan?
Mini Self-Pan has been designed to meet the following requirements:

Self-service distribution of small and fresh (+2°) foodstuffs (dried fruit with or without shell, dried pasta, biscuits and sweets). Non-stop, hygienic and easy.
Maximum hygiene thanks to the accurate design of the parts in contact with food and the sole use of quality materials certified for this use. The product is also protected from the contact with dust, insects, extraneous bodies, remaining intact.
High visibility of the contents, neat display, no baskets for glove collection.
Considerable capacity (around 6/7 kg) with minimal dimensions.
Ergonomic and functional movements for easier and more rapid use, with simple and controlled distribution.
Easy evening unloading and uploading.
Easy to disassembly (entirely boltless) for a perfect and rapid sanitization.
Label pocket for product information.
No electrical grid connection required.
Possibility to be placed on refrigerated wall cabinet shelves to dispense ravioli, gnocchi and fresh products which require controlled temperature to be preserved.

How to refill Mini Self-Pan

Slide the top cover along its guides horizontally and remove it.
Refill the container pouring the product inside (around 6 kg).
Replace the cover in its seat.

How the customer gets the product from Mini Self-Pan

Take the bag.
Hook the bag to the side hooks on the opening.
Hold the red lever and push it until the desired quantity of products has been ejected.
Remove the bag.
