CIMA: new challenges for the retail market

Founded by its current president Giuseppe Razzaboni, CIMA SpA operates in two business fields where it is recognized as a main actor on the global market: the security / access control industry with its security booths and the cash handling sector both for the bank market with its TCR devices and the large-scale retail channel with deposit and deposit + recycling units.CIMA counts very important companies among its customers (banks, large chain stores, CIT companies) and 65% of its turnover comes from foreign markets. It also cooperats with big multinationals which selected our devices for their product ranges, such as NCR, Scan Coin, Giesecke & Devrient, Gunnebo.CIMA research and development department internally designs both the mechanics and electronics of each device. The firmware and interface software are developed by internal engineers too. In fact the company policy is to directly handle all the strategic steps of the product's life cycle, from its design to the materials' purchase, from quality assurance to tests.
