1. 'Information first, investment next' is your key motto. How can your customers gather information on your lighting concepts?

Our customers and those interested in our products have a wide range of options for gathering information on our lighting concepts. First and foremost, I should mention our field service staff. They are personally available to advise actual and potential customers at all times with a view to working out a customised illumination concept in line with their ideas and requirements. Likewise, our light seminars provide very good decision-making support when planning retail lighting for merchandise. Furthermore, the Internet should definitely be mentioned at this point. Online here we not only provide general technical data on lighting technology and products but also application examples plus a lighting technology dictionary.

2. What lighting technologies will be centrestage for your presentation at EuroShop?

The integration of new high-performance LEDs and the LED Food Module LF22 – an exclusive Bäro product – in the Ontero-Chors and Intara-Releda luminaires will be a focal theme at EuroShop. Another exclusive launch will be the new eBFL light source. This SDW-T-Elite lamp is the economical alternative to classic BFL lamps. Alongside our recently developed Ontero-Ra series of spotlights, the new surface-mounted luminaire Ontero-BrightLum will now also be on show in an application for the first time. This is especially suited to the energy-efficient illumination of vertical and horizontal surfaces from large heights and an ideal alternative to the frequently used linear luminaires or HIE pendant luminaires.


3. Sustainability: What do Bäro lighting systems have to offer in terms of energy efficiency?

Featuring the latest lamp and/or LED technologies and consistent use of micro-coated reflectors the luminaires achieve convincingly high light output ratios (> 80% for discharge lamps, > 95% for LEDs). These are the result of Bäro’s ongoing research and development efforts aimed at eco-friendliness, energy-saving operation and energy efficiency.
In combination with customised light planning here we achieve optimum system efficiency.
