The "Shopping Assistant" enhances the customers’ shopping experience at the point of sale and helps retailers to differentiate themselves from the competition.

(Graz, Austria, February 13, 2014) - Enso Detego GmbH, a leading provider of RFID software products and solutions to the fashion industry, will be presenting an entirely new version of its modular RFID software for the support of business intelligence processes at EuroShop 2014, the world’s leading retail trade fair (February 16-20, Duesseldorf, Germany). detego® SUITE 4.0 provides enhanced reporting tools including intelligent replenishment, accurate inventory management and comprehensive track & trace reporting of individual items in the supply chain.

The software comes with a redesigned web-based user interface which can be accessed from anywhere within the company’s network using a browser on a PC or mobile device. The new configurable dashboard allows for faster and more efficient access to all business-relevant information such as replenishment suggestions.

“RFID is a key technology which can improve operational efficiency in the fashion market. Today, having the right products at the right place at the right time and eliminating out-of-stock situations is more important than ever. With the new version of our market-proven modular RFID software we open the way to a new dimension of reporting in order to enable advanced decision making for fashion retail,” said Matthias Weitlaner, Director of Product Development at Enso Detego.

Enso Detego will provide a hands-on demonstration of the new detego® SUITE 4.0 at EuroShop 2014 in Hall 6, Booth A23.

At the event, the company will showcase a multi-channel touchpoint demo called “Shopping Assistant”. Customers are shown cross-selling recommendations and real-time inventory information based on the RFID database. The "Shopping Assistant" enhances the customers’ shopping experience at the point of sale and helps retailers to differentiate themselves from the competition.

The “Shopping Assistant” demo was developed in cooperation with Enso Detego’s partner engram, a specialist in digital communication media.
