Act’o-soft, located in Werther, presents software and information technology and focuses on the depiction of branch processes for the retailers. Their partner company Circon offers office solutions and system integration for Microsoft Dynamics AX. At their green stand in hall 6, the two companies show mutual solutions for branch processes that support sales.


One example is the new check-out software: cashiers are guided through the checkout process intuitively. The advantage is that new cashiers can get acquainted with the software more quickly.

Another emphasis is put on individualisation and the added value for the customers. A flatscreen panel, for example serves as a support in style counseling. The sales person does not only integrate presentations of new products, but can also add value to the contact with the customer. Thus, the sales person can show a matching blouse to a skirt directly on the screen instead of extensively browsing the sales area or looking for the specific article in stock. This is an added value for the customer as well as a time saver.

The two exhibitors used the weekend days mainly to build up their partnerly relationship with other companies and to learn about the new products of their competitiors. "Our customers visit us mostly on the weekdays, we are fully booked from Monday to Wednesday", says act’o-soft managing director Christian Malachowski. Both companies assume the joint appearance to be fruitful. "We have already received a good response to our mutual invitations. Now, we hope to be able to generate follow-up orders together", says Malachowski.
